Raw Diet Day 1:
For breakfast I had a banana. For lunch I'll have a green smoothie. For dinner I'll have another green smoothie, a mixed salad and some sun tea.
Ingredients

* 1 banana

* 1 banana
* 1 apple
* 4 leaves dinosaur kale
* 1 cup winter purslane
Dinner
* 1 cup winter purslane
* 4 leaves dinosaur kale
* 1 apple
* 1 banana
* 3 cups chopped lettuce
* 1/4 cup radish sprouts
* 1/4 cup red cabbage
* 1/4 cup alfalfa sprout
* 1/4 large lemon
* 1/4 red bell pepper
* 1/4 yellow bell pepper
* 1/4 orange bell pepper
* 1 roma tomato
* 1 avocado
* 1 dash sea salt
* ground pepper
* 1 decaf black tea bag, red raspberry flavored
* stevia
Directions
1.Wash produce and cut into bite sized pieces as needed.
2.Breakfast. One banana.
3.Lunch. Blend green smoothie starting with the winter purslane (miner's lettuce), then add the kale, then the apple and then the banana. That way the juicier produce chops up first making it easier on your blender.
4.Dinner. Before preparing the dinner salad, pull out the smoothie and place on the counter so that it will lose its chill. Chop and mix the salad with the lemon juice. Add toppings.
5.Strain tea and serve.
